Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Accounting Manager to provide back‑office support for a 55‑location Supercuts franchise operating across Southern California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. This role is based in our Philippines office and will oversee financial reporting, payroll support, operational controls, and accounting functions across multiple entities and markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tabulation and verification of employee timecard hours across all locations
• Generate timecard reports and identify errors/discrepancies for correction
• Manage timecard review and approval processes with local management
• Ensure accurate transfer of approved timecard data into the third‑party payroll system
• Supervise preparation and distribution of Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and daily/weekly labor reports
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and deliver monthly financial packages
