US Accounting Senior NFP

About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior to support and oversee accounting operations for our Not-for-Profit (NFP) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong NFP accounting experience, the ability to manage a team, and deep technical expertise in grants, donations, funding, revenue types, and NFP reporting. This role requires strong communication, software proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a CPA-firm environment.

Qualifications:

Technical:

• CA Inter/CMA/MBA Fin/Chartered Accountant/CPA with 2+ years of experience OR Masters with 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably US accounting.

• Apply GAAP for Not-for-Profit entities (ASC 958), revenue recognition (ASC 958-605 & ASC 606), and net asset classifications

• Experience in Grant reporting and compliance, Non-profit audit support, Revenue recognition, Payroll process...
