US Mortgage Loan Processor
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Client
Compensation: ₱60,000 - ₱90,000 / month
MUST HAVE MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE
You will review incoming files, complete order‑outs, and be an all‑around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates are able to focus effectively on their primary responsibilities.
Encompass experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)
- Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes
- Complete “File Set‑up” review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc
- Ability to calculate income for Wage Earners and SE borrowers
- Run DU/LP and Order app...
