KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for clients using Isolved and UKG platforms
Provide ongoing support related to payroll processing, payroll adjustments, tax filings, and year-end reporting
Assist clients with payroll questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
