We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Strategic Design Team in Krailling. (hybrid working up to 50% possible)

Your Mission
Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to define, prioritise, and deliver UX and usability requirements across systems, periphery, workflows, and operator safety leveraging user-focused research.
Ensure ergonomics, accessibility, and regulatory requirements are embedded from concept through to series production, and actively contribute to scope, trade-off, and launch decisions where usability or customer value are impacted.
