Job Description
We are looking for our future UX Researcher to join our Productteamsin Dublin and our GlobalCustomer Experience (CX)team!
The role is offered as hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week onsite, in our Sandyford office.
As a UX Researcher on theExperience Insights (EXI)team (which is part of the larger Customer Experienceteam), you will work closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to create and refine digital experiences that improve the lives of our users. Using mixed-methods research, you’ll support teams by bringing clarity to ambiguity with user insights throughout the product development process, from early-stage discovery to launch and evaluation. The role is essential in delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences that are grounded in user needs.
