Leads cross-functional teams to guarantee efficient and safe processes aligned with quality and food safety standards. Coordinates operational strategies focused on productivity, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Manages key performance indicators and promotes a culture of high performance and collaboration. Actively participates in innovation, automation, and plant sustainability initiatives.
