Value Stream Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Weekends)

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a Value Stream Supervisor (VSS) in our Louisville, KY facility to support our submarine product lines on the weekends 2nd shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM). This individual will be responsible for direct management of touch labor and for providing primary leadership to the production team for the assigned shift.

As a Value Stream Supervisor you will:

+ Be the primary program point of contact for the assigned shift and provide leadership of day to day execution.
+ Oversee the overall manufacturing process to ensure schedule is achieved by working with manufacturing engineering, production planning, and quality control.
+ Plan and direct the activities of the manufacturing team and set clear expectations and goals to ensure focus on safety, quality, schedule and delivery.
