Charge Nurse

Join us in creating your life story together. We are looking for a charge nurse at Järvenpää Validia House to strengthen our multidisciplinary team. The work with individuals with disabilities is diverse and offers variety that provides an appropriate level of challenge. We emphasize genuine interaction, rehabilitative approach, and teamwork. This is a full‑time position primarily on weekday mornings.

Järvenpää Validia House is a 24‑hour residential service unit with 32 clients, who are individuals with disabilities, acquired disabilities, or neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and health promotion for clients.
• Assess, monitor, and document clients’ health status.
• Develop care plans and guide staff in their implementation.
• Oversee medication planning and development, ensuring safe administration.
• Support and train nursing staff, enhancing their skills.
