Job Description
VDC CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a large-scale transit project. Reporting to the BIM Manager, this role partners with project teams and stakeholders to integrate BIM and digital construction strategies, enhancing coordination, efficiency, and project outcomes across all phases.
This role is based out of office in Toronto, ON.

What You Will Be Working On
Manipulate and maintain 3D models for use during preconstruction and construction phases for specific projects.
Perform quality assurance of models provided by architects, design engineers & fabricators to ensure adherence to required levels of information and graphical standards
Generate 3D and 4D site logistics plans.
Create 4D visualizations to communicate Schedule and sequence of work.
