About the Job As a Vendor Management Expert within the People, Culture & Sustainability (PC&S) function, you shape the global vendor landscape for PC&S services. You partner with PC&S leaders to define needs, act as the PC&S lead for RfPs, and oversee vendor onboarding and off‑boarding in our function — ensuring compliant, consistent, and efficient engagements. A key focus is defining and implementing a vendor management strategy: creating transparency across the current P&C vendor landscape, establishing a governance framework aligned with the P&C strategy, and standardising SLAs, performance scorecards, and accounting practices in close collaboration with Finance.
