As a Veterinary Technician Trainer:
You maintain proficiency in the appropriate department and level of Veterinary Technician competencies and are scheduled as an active Veterinary Technician.
You create and/or utilize provided materials to facilitate on-site staff training and continuing education for all Veterinary Assistants and Veterinary Technicians within the assigned hospitals within the market(s), spending on-site time divided between the locations.
You implement new, company-wide training programs as needed.
