As VP Design & Technical Services (MEAIT) you will lead the design and technical development of our growing portfolio across the Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey, ensuring every project reflects the unique vision, creativity and operational excellence that define Ennismore.

• Lead the delivery of Hotel Consultancy Services Agreements (HCSA) and Technical Services Agreements (TSA) across multiple development projects throughout the region.
• Manage the regional Design & Technical Services team, departmental budget and P&L performance.
• Partner with Global Brand Design, F&B, Wellness and other specialist teams to bring each brand’s vision to life.
• Develop comprehensive project briefs including spatial planning, programming, design direction and overall guest experience concepts.
