Tasks
 Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer:
 Oversee the management and growth of the Power Generation category.
 Develop and maintain expertise with current and potential suppliers, as well as industry applications.
 Collaborate with managers to achieve annual sales targets by market, category, and supplier.
 Participate in negotiations with suppliers regarding contracts, rebates, and strategic agreements.
 Support growth initiatives and relationships with key strategic accounts.
 Lead, coach, and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
 Optimize operational efficiency and the profitability of engineering activities.
 Participate in executive reviews and contribute to strategic direction.
 Maintain ISO standards and certifications.
 Manage the division’s budget and P&L.
