Visual Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Launch & Event Execution: Design, produce, and install visual merchandising (VM) displays, graphics, and planograms for product launches and events; create clear store setup guides and submit regional reports.
• Store Openings & Renovations: Develop store briefs and plan VM layouts, product categorization, and visual elements while managing production timelines and quality.
• Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Source merchandising elements, manage vendor production, track orders, and coordinate with logistics to maintain healthy store stock levels.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Forecast launch, generic, and permanent POSM based on long-term assortment plans; track and manage VM budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or In-store design.
