What You'll Be Doing

The Visual Merchandising Trainee supports the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail locations, ensuring consistent brand presentation and high-quality in-store experiences. This role contributes to seasonal campaigns, product launches and store initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail stores, ensuring consistent brand presentation and high-quality in-store experience
• Execute window displays, in‑store animations, and promotional setups in line with global and regional marketing calendars
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores as per brand guidelines
• Build strong relationships with store teams, including consultants and frontline staff, to ensure effective implementation and upkeep of displays
