The VN Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students enrolled in a vocational nursing program. This role involves teaching theoretical and clinical nursing skills, ensuring students are prepared to pass the NCLEX-PN exam and practice safely as licensed vocational nurses. The instructor provides mentorship, evaluates student performance, and maintains compliance with state nursing board regulations and program accreditation standards.
Make continuous efforts to improve quality of instruction by reviewing and utilizing different and innovative methodologies / techniques in teaching

Demonstrate or willing to acquire skills for utilizing online activities as enhancers to course content/material during interactive teaching and learning

Assist with reviewing and revising of syllabus for specific course within the program and instructional guidelines
