About the Role
This is a full‑time hybrid opportunity for a Voice Engineer only from São Paulo, Brazil and nearby locations. The position focuses on maintaining and growing the Brazil voice network infrastructure that supports Net2Phone UCaaS business.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Telefonica and UCaaS systems, managing performance and resolving issues.
- Deep analysis of the SIP protocol for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced support in the Telephony area for end customers and work in the operations area.
- Collect event logs and traces to analyze and troubleshoot systems.
- Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC, and cloud instances.
- Operate telecom devices, monitoring platforms, and manage alarms.
- Share knowledge through training and support to other analysts on the team.
