Key Responsibilities

  • Support Business Partners in the communication and cloud area to successful solution delivery, including audit, consultancy, configuration, and technical advisory services.
  • Assist Technical Support L3 in qualifying, filtering, and resolving Service Requests raised by BPs at key customers, ensuring committed SLA and maintaining customer trust.
  • Provide training to the BP community on all solution products through defined training tracks.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Linux OS for installing and configuring Linux servers and services.
  • Experience with smartphone app programming (Android and/or iOS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of communication systems (PBX, VoIP, Unified Communications, Telephony, SIP protocol).
  • Desirable if candidate demonstrates expertise in Telephony (PBX) or Cloud Communication Service...
