VP Engineering – DEP Delivery (Digital Banking)

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior engineering leader to drive delivery for our Digital Enterprise Platform (DEP) within the digital banking space. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on engineering expertise, deep understanding of digital channels, and experience in building and integrating scalable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking channels (web and mobile).
• Drive API integration across core banking systems, fintech partners, and third-party platforms
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with banking standards
• Work closely with product, business, and architecture teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Stay hands-on with architecture and key technical decisions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements
