Job Description

This VP Engineering position is with a FinTech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries. 

The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company. 


Some other responsibilties include:

  • Guiding the dev team through shipping new features

  • Improving time spent on maintenance

  • Solidifying the existing architecture 

    • Don't feel obliged to tick all of these boxes to apply but the below are important:

  • Experience scaling dev teams in a startup

  • Fintech understanding or experience

  • Worked on breaking emerging markets

    • The successful VP Engineering will be rewarded with up to £130,000 and the freedom to work fully remotely both during and after Covid.
