VP of Operations

Description We are looking for an experienced VP of Operations to lead plant performance and operational excellence at our facility. This role will guide day-to-day manufacturing activities while building strong structure, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across the site. The position also supports key people operations, helping maintain compliance, employee records, and workforce development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Direct daily plant operations across production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving to ensure efficient and consistent execution.
• Provide leadership and coaching to key operational managers, setting clear expectations and supporting their growth.
• Promote a safe, compliant workplace by overseeing environmental standards, safety practices, and required training activities.
