Job Description
Role Purpose:
A waiter/waitress's job responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, answering questions about the menu, and resolving any issues that may arise during the dining experience.
