Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in managing various tasks associated with afternoon operations. This position supports multiple in-building functions, including Dispatch, Delivery Change Request, COD, and internal delivery (same building).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the sorting and loading processes during the afternoon cycle.
• Inspect, repack, and follow up on in-building damages; onsite inspections may be required.
• Handle internal pickups and deliveries within the building.
• Manage night dispatch, Delivery Change Requests, self-lodge, and sorting of undeliverable packages.
• Ensure timely export shuttles in the afternoon and evening, with no volume left behind.
• Follow up with customers on undelivered packages to facilitate re-delivery.
