Job Description
Job Summary:
To ensure warehouse perform with zero issue to the standard that has been set by the company in term of lead time, total output, and cost.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage distribution center operations in accordance with company standards, policies, and long‑term vision.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve DC operational policies, SOPs, and procedures while ensuring compliance with warehousing, handling, and distribution regulations.
- Select, evaluate, and manage third‑party logistics and service partners, including annual contract renewal, cost benchmarking (mark‑to‑market), and KPI‑based performance monitoring.
- Maintain strong governance and professional relationships with partners through regular reviews and performance discussions.
