**Your Job**
As the Superintendent of Warehouse & Inventory Control at Molex Guadalajara, you will lead and ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations across three distinct warehouses. You will drive productivity improvements, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a high-performance team to support the seamless flow of materials to production floors. Your role is critical in reducing inventory risks, optimizing space utilization, and implementing innovative processes and tools to enhance operational excellence.
