Job Description

Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy, large-scale distribution centre. This is a fast-paced role suited to reliable and hardworking individuals who can work well as part of a team and adapt to varying shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

  • Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

  • Operating within strict health & safety guidelines

  • Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

  • Supporting team members to meet daily targets

    • Requirements:


  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential

  • Manual Handling Certificate (required)

  • Safety boots are required for all shifts

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
