Warehouse Superintendent

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports on warehouse performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
