Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements
• Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Assist in forecasting stock levels and preventing shortages
• Use inventory management software and Excel for tracking

Qualifications

• Physically fit
• High school graduate, college level, or degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
