Responsible for managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods, covering receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory control, space utilization, and coordination with stakeholders. Ensures operational excellence, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management
   • Oversee daily operations (inbound, storage, outbound, distribution).
   • Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, documentation.
   • Supervise picking, packing, labeling, dispatching.
   • Manage warehouse capacity, layout, and space efficiency.
   • Implement FIFO/FEFO and stock rotation.
2. Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy
   • Maintain accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
   • Resolve stock variances.
