Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor – Supply Chain Department
We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Supply Chain Department as the Warehouse Supervisor, based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficient processes, accuracy, damage‑free handling, and on‑time, in‑full shipments; develop, implement, and monitor warehouse protocols aligned with supply chain objectives; allocate resources to meet operational requirements to ensure the availability and delivery of all goods; identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency; and coach and develop the team, uphold safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes and KPIs.

- Run daily toolbox talks and pre‑shift briefings; enforce PPE and safe behaviours. Daily safety walks.
