This is a critical role that acts as the liaison between the service department (advisors/technicians) and the manufacturer regarding claim approvals, denials, and policies.
You will be responsible for handling the booking and review of service repair orders after repairs have been completed and for the submission and management of warranty claims between Barber Ford and Ford Manufacturer.
