Warranty Operation Specialist

The Warranty Operations & Program Coordinator acts as the central hub for European Warranty Operations (EWO). The general task of this job is to ensure operational, financial, and compliance integrity across Ford’s European warranty programs. This role is a hybrid of Communication, Financial Administration, System Administration & Compliance.

Financial & Supplier Governance:

+ Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle for specialized vehicle warranties (specifically the F-150 ICE in Europe). You act as the financial gatekeeper. This involves raising Purchase Orders, reviewing and disputing supplier invoices monthly with external partners, and processing transactions in Ariba to ensure Ford only pays for valid, approved warranty repairs.

Communication:

+ Ensure customer-facing teams and European markets have accurate, up-to-date warranty information. You are the bridge between technical warranty manuals and customer service.
