Job Description

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
07:30 – 16:00 (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Kenect Recruitment are looking for a dedicated Waste Supervisor to join our team in Yeovil. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the day-to-day waste operations on a key client site, ensuring that all materials are processed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with legislation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the on-site waste area and hazardous waste compound, ensuring all collected materials are properly processed and recycled where possible, while maintaining a clean, clear, and FOD-free (Foreign Object Debris) environment.

  • Logistics & Planning: Plan and schedule timely exchange of recycling containers by liaising with the admin team and chemists, while ensuring all documentation complies with client policies and waste management legislation.
