Requirements
- Ensure the restoration of damaged or worn metal components through welding.
- Manufacture new metal elements by interpreting technical drawings, guaranteeing required safety and quality standards.
- Prepare surfaces for welding.
- Select the most suitable welding method and tools based on materials, component dimensions, and work requirements.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in perfect working condition.
- Suggest improvements or modifications to enhance functionality, strength, and safety of the finished product.
- Inspect welds to ensure they are free from defects or imperfections.
- Verify weld compliance with project specifications using calipers, micrometers, comparators, and other measuring instruments, and perform quality control checks.
