Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the assembly line. The ideal candidate will coordinate team activities, ensure product quality, and meet production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the SPK assembly team to meet production goals
Monitor assembly processes to ensure quality and efficiency
Train and support team members on procedures and safety protocols
Report daily output, issues, and improvements to management
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
