Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The Welder / Fabricator is responsible for performing welding, fitting, fabrication, and assembly activities in support of metal manufacturing operations. The role includes reading fabrication drawings, preparing materials, operating welding equipment, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient production flow, high-quality workmanship, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding operations on steel components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, and fabrication specifications.
• Prepare, align, fit, and tack weld parts prior to final welding.
• Use calipers, measuring tapes, and other precision tools to ensure accurate dimensions and fitment.
