Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist delivering the Level 3 Plate Welder standard to the Apprentices 
Ensuring we have a Smooth onboarding process for all new apprentices 
Instruct and train apprentices in several Welding & fabrication techniques 
Assess Apprentices progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development and improvement
You will assist with monitoring and maintaining workshop standards with respect
Maintain training facilities and equipment in line with Health & Safety policies to ensure optimal functionality and safety for our apprentices 

What Are We Looking For:
Strong & Competent Welder/Fabricator MIG & TIG 
You will be required to pass an Enhanced DBS check, of which the company will pay.
Ability to work effectively and use own initiative
Ability to lead and manage and train others to achieve desired results
