• Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Retail Operations Location: Stuart, FL Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour Position Summary: The Budtender provides exceptional service and product knowledge to Florida medical cannabis patients while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.


• This role is responsible for greeting patients, verifying credentials, processing transactions, and maintaining an inviting, organized, and compliant retail environment.
• The Budtender serves as a key representative of Mint Cannabis, educating patients on product offerings and ensuring an elevated, compassionate experience at every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, verify their medical status, and update allotment details in the POS system.


• Provide accurate product education and guidance to help patients make informed selections.
