The Role

As a Wellsite Supervisor, you are the person in charge on location. You serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and the lead for all our operations on the rig, whether that's drilling, completions, or workovers.

This isn't a desk job; you're the one making sure the well program is executed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll be the bridge between the customer, the rig contractors, and our internal teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and the job is done right.

What the work looks like

Leading Safety on Site

You are the final authority on HSE at the wellsite. It's your job to make sure safety isn't just a policy on paper, but a real practice on the ground. You'll lead morning safety meetings, manage emergency response systems, and foster a culture where the crew looks out for one another.
