WFM Strategy Lead: Capacity & Forecasting

TP is seeking a WFM Assistant Manager to lead strategic capacity planning and KPI management across rolling periods. You will coordinate staffing decisions, forecast workloads, and ensure metrics are met in collaboration with Operations and the client.

The role requires coordinating planning processes and providing clear visibility into performance for leadership. Desirable: knowledge of SQL and a background in university-level or technical studies.
