Job Description
Role
The WH Specialist is responsible for assisting with all day‑to‑day shipments and pick‑ups, receiving samples, and managing their entry in internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments to bond samples to media, influencers, tenders and events, and manage shipment tracking to ensure sample control.
- Perform stock‑in and stock‑out of all samples in the local office, test and set products before shipping.
- Pack and prepare shipments, prepare paperwork, and ensure delivery notes are signed and filed.
- Synchronize with forwarders, coordinate paperwork, and claim indemnities for broken or missing items.
- Maintain internal systems: insert all samples, review exit applications, track return dates and send reminders.
- Ensure real warehouse stock matches virtual stock from Wreports.
- Maintain warehouse organization, keeping the room tidy to locate samples by model and serial number.
