Wiring harness Design Engineer(Fuel Cell Engine)

Design wiring harness (LV/HV) of fuel cell engine and support series production

• Technical input for fuel cell engine E/E topology and E/E system
• Select harness parts (Connectors, terminals, etc.) based on requirements of customer, suppliers and other related development requirements.
• Create wiring harness 3D models & 2D drawings.
• Prepare the components & harness specifications for purchasing, such as statement of requirement, DV list.
• Coordinate harness sample during the fuel cell engine development phase.
• Lead DFMA discussions with purchasing, manufacturing, quality department, suppliers, etc.
• Support series production and release.
• Create technical customer documentation and installation guidelines.
• Trouble shooting during internal production and field operation.
