Job Description
Website Developer — On-site | Full-time | 9~00 a.m. - 6~00 p.m. EST
If you have more than 5 years of experience creating effective websites, master WordPress, and focus on design that truly converts, this role may be for you.
What you’ll do
Design and optimize websites, landing pages, and microsites
Create experiences focused on conversion and usability
Develop proposals from wireframes to final design
Work closely with marketing, product, and developers
Analyze results and continuously improve (A/B testing)
Key Requirements
5+ years in web or digital design
Experience with WordPress (Elementor)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, CSS, and web animations
Solid knowledge in UX/UI and responsive design
B2 English level (conversational)
