Overview:

• ​​Full-time​, ​Fixed Term position until​ 24th December 2026

• Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation

• Based at the ​Bundoora​ campus, ​but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University​

About the role

The WIL Officer will provide a wide range of administrative and client service support for WIL in the College Office. The role will carry out regular compliance checking and administration for WIL Programs, respond to student queries, communicate with relevant stakeholders (Academics, Students and Industry Partners), and maintain relevant University databases.

The WIL Officer will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to work integrated learning for specific STEM Disciplines.
