Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage Tier 1 tickets and higher-level process-driven queries and elevations from WFA Assistance regarding Employee Life Cycle, Time & Pay, as well as respond to day-to-day HR-related inquiries using ServiceNow and Workday to provide prompt and effective responses.
