Workplace Experience & Operations Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc is seeking a Facilities Services Lead to oversee soft services on-site in Dubai. You will coordinate cleaning, security, dining, landscaping, reception and related activities, while managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

You will lead a team of specialists, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, working closely with client representatives and key suppliers to meet evolving requirements.
