Workplace Service Manager / Office Operation Manager

Basic Salary $5000 – $5500

Working Location: Caldecott MRT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

• Deliver day‑to‑day workplace experience operations across all office locations while maintaining consistent service standards during normal operations and renovation phases.
• Coordinate logistics, workspace moves, phased handovers, temporary work arrangements, and on‑site user support during renovation stage.
• Collect and analyse data on space utilisation, user feedback, service issues, and operational risks, escalating findings with factual insights.
• Work with Facilities Management and client stakeholders to ensure service continuity, incident response, and effective execution of workplace initiatives.
