Job Description
Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the construction and manufacturing sector, is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Workshop & Production Manager to lead and oversee all workshop and production operations, to be based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, scheduling, production, maintenance and delivery of manufactured products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, productivity and cost control. The successful incumbent will provide technical leadership to workshop personnel, optimise production processes and ensure the workshop operates safely and efficiently. The combined role requires expertise in workshop management, production planning, stock control, procurement and technical problem-solving within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
