Responsibilities

• Communicate with clientele and manage updates between workshop and clients.
• Day‑to‑day planning of workshop schedule.
• Assist with technical questions from telephone and email requests.
• Verify and cross‑check quotes.
• Final quality control on completed job cards.

Required Skills

• Qualified petrol and diesel technician
• Red seal would be advantageous
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Basic computer skills needed
• Evolve DMS experience would be advantageous
• Self‑sufficient with good time management
• Minimum 3 years, current motor trade experience needed
• Sales experience preferred
